Northside Tower - Sandy Springs, Georgia

Since its engagement in 2003 as property manger and leasing agent at this 120,000 square foot office building located in north Metro Atlanta, BDG has achieved several significant accomplishments. These include: completion of a cost-effective renovation of common areas, a reduction in annual operating expenses by over 13%, and the implementation of a marketing program that yielded new leases of over 110,000 square feet. BDG continues on the mission of improving the performance of the asset for its tenants and owners.
