550 and 680 Hartman Road
BDG co-developed these two buildings with Hillwood (a Ross Perot company) in 2019. 550 Hartman is a 148,000 square foot front load building that was leased to a national medical equipment supplier and a logistic services provider. 680 Hartman is a 139,000 square foot rear load building leased to a subsidiary of a national home improvement retailer. Each building features 32′ clear ceilings, 52′ and 50′ wide bays respectively and abundant trailer parking. The buildings were sold to an international institution as part of a portfolio sale in 2020.
