Old Lake Place

In the late 90’s, BDG acquired this 32,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center in north Metro Atlanta and immediately implemented a plan to improve its visibility and curb appeal. After completion, BDG attracted a more appropriate tenant mix which significantly increased revenues. In 2005, BDG coordinated the sale of the property, which produced mid teen returns in annual returns on invested capital.
