Prior to BDG’s engagement as property manager and leasing agent in the mid 90’s, this 70,000 square foot multi-tenant office building suffered from stagnant leasing and excessive operating costs. BDG initiated a comprehensive renovation plan and a focused leasing program. The efforts ultimately led to 100% occupancy. BDG also recovered significant tenant reimbursements owed from previous years. Operating expenses were lowered significantly by an energy reduction program and tighter controls. These actions ultimately led to favorable financing and a profitable sale.
