Located strategically near Mid-Town Atlanta, Atlanta Technology Center is a four building, 198,000 square foot office / flex property situated on 20 acres. In 2005, BDG was engaged as the property manager and later the asset manager with the charge of enhancing the long-term value of this major asset. A promising location and enhanced cash flows resulted in a favorable sale to a local institution in 2018. BDG continues at ATC’s property manager as the property undergoes a significant renovation.
