Northside Tower

Since its engagement in 2003 as property manager and leasing agent at this 120,000 square foot office building located in north Metro Atlanta, BDG has served three different owners, achieving several significant accomplishments. These include: completion of a cost-effective renovation of common areas, a reduction in annual operating expenses, and conversion of office lighting to LED technology. The current owner acquired the property in 2016. BDG continues to provide leasing services.
